About Our Founder

Meet Danielle
Danielle is passionate about helping others. With over 15 years working in fast paced, high stress corporate jobs around the world, she understands how a busy life can be prioritised over health and wellbeing. It was finding this balance in her own life that drew her to yoga and becoming a yoga teacher.

Since becoming a qualified yoga teacher, her goal has been to use her knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga, breathwork and meditation to help others move their body and discover ways to manage day to day stresses with yoga inspired practical tools that can make a real difference.
​
Her work experience as a corporate yoga, private and studio teacher has given her exposure across a broad range of students of all ages and abilities. Because of this, she is uniquely placed to help you with whatever you are seeking from your yoga journey, whether it's physical improvements to strength and/or flexibility, challenging your existing yoga practice, seeking calmness and relaxation to manage stress at home or work, or managing injuries. Her experience covers corporates and workplaces, individuals and groups and her classes are suitable for everybody.
