These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.

Orders
Order Constitutes Offer
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process pursuant to these Website Terms of Use.

We will not commence processing any order made through this site unless and until:

Payment for the order has been received by us in full, or as otherwise agreed by the Company; and

The order has passed our internal validation procedures, which are undertaken in order to verify the bona fides of each order for the purpose of preventing credit card and other fraud.

Acceptance of Orders
Acceptance of each order will take place if and when the Company ships the requested items to you, at the time at which the items are despatched by the Company. Title to, and risk in, the items will pass from the Company to you at that time. After the items have been sent, we will send you an email confirming that shipment has taken place.

Prices
The Company reserves the right to change our prices for products or services displayed on this site at any time before you place an order, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Shipping and Insurance Costs
Shipping costs will depend upon the type of shipping and the items purchased, and are shown separately during checkout.
Upon request by the customer, the Company may agree to arrange shipping and/or insurance in respect to the goods. It is agreed that all shipping and/or insurance arranged by the Company on behalf of the customer shall be in the Company’s capacity as agent for the customer. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to deal with any freight damages, shortages, or delays. All shipping and insurance costs shall be payable by the customer and are subject to the same payment requirements as the goods.
GST
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all amounts payable through your use of this site are expressed to be inclusive of GST. For these purposes, the term "GST" has the meaning given to it in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Payment Methods
Payment for orders placed through this site may be made:

Third Party Payment Gateways
We may use Third Party Payment Gateways for secure online payment transactions. Payments made through a Third Party Payment Gateway are subject to that Third Party Payment Gateway’s own terms and conditions and privacy policies, links to which are provided from the Third Party Payment Gateway.

Unless you expressly consent otherwise, we do not see or have access to any personal information that you may provide to any Third Party Payment Gateway, other than information that is required in order to process your order and deliver your purchased items to you (e.g., your name, email address, and billing address).

Credit and Debit Card Payments
It is not necessary to have a Third Party Payment Gateway account in order to make a purchase on this site. The Third Party Payment Gateway will also accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that in some cases, we may be unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.

Refunds
Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy, all amounts paid through this site are non-refundable.

While our secure payment gateways and our website hosting providers employ secure technology for transactions with our customers, we will not be responsible for any damages, including consequential losses (whether direct or indirect), that may be suffered by a customer whose credit or debit card or bank account information is used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner by any person other than the Company.

Any failure by the Company to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive the Company’s right to act with respect to that breach or any subsequent or similar breaches.
