Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We currently offer shipping exclusively within Australia. All orders are processed and shipped using Australia Post. We regret to inform that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder first, and if no confirmation email received, then contact us at hello@lotusyoga.com.au

If items are lost in the post, Lotus Yoga and Wellbeing reserves the right to send out a replacement or equivalent item. Items that are delayed due to Australia Post are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered (even though not on time).

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, especially if rurally located.

• Australian Standard Shipping: $9.99 Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

• Australian Express Shipping: $12.99 Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

Damages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@lotusyoga.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Information

• We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

• If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it may be sent 'return to sender' after 5 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for Lotus Yoga and Wellbeing to return it to you.

• Any return to sender items due to an error on the purchasers end will not be refunded and a second postage charge will be required to resend the items. 

• If your Australia Post tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered Lotus Yoga and Wellbeing are not responsible for replacement.
