Our founder Danielle will work with you to understand your unique goals and preferences, whether they involve improving mobility, strength, flexibility, or finding calmness and relaxation in your busy life. Private sessions are ideal if you are new to yoga and wish to build confidence and learn the correct techniques for various poses.
