Stress Management

Empower your employees to feel better at home and at work, with real world topics, examples and easy tools that they can use everyday to understand and manage stress.

This engaging workshop will cover topics around the following areas:

  • Understanding the impact of stress on the body and mind, and practical tool and strategies inspired by yoga to help mitigate these effects

  • Breathwork (Pranayama) techniques to control and deepen the breath, to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress

  • Yoga Poses (Asanas) and specific movement that helps release tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation

  • Practical mindfulness and meditation tools to help participants stay present, reduce stress and feelings of being overwhelmed

Workshop can be adjusted to your company or workplace requirements, depending on the size of groups or length of time. Contact us to discuss pricing and your requirements.

We recommend the workshops are run face to face, with a minimum of 3 hours to cover material. Option of running a yoga class before or after (suitable for all experience levels).

Mala Making

Gather a group of friends or colleagues for a fun workshop where you'll create your own mala (see our shop for inspiration). Think team building activity, birthday gift or special treat for yogis.

This hands-on experience is designed to inspire participants to be present, connect with each other and slow down, as each bead is strung with intention and mindfulness. This workshop is not just about making a mala, it's about creating a personal tool for meditation and reflection, helping you to design your own piece of tranquility wherever you go. Embrace the opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a fun and relaxed environment, and leave with your own unique mala that is charged with positive intentions.

Minimum participant numbers apply. Prices dependent on the number of participants, location and material costs. 

We recommend a minimum of 2 hours to design and make your malas without feeling rushed.
